THE FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES IS VALID ONLY IN THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, AND IS OPEN ONLY TO ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS (AS DEFINED IN THE RULES BELOW). VOID ELSEWHERE AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED. DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THESE SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU DO NOT FALL WITHIN THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH BELOW. Sweepstakes Name: MoneyLion Bank Account Linking Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”).
Sponsor: MoneyLion Technologies Inc. (“Sponsor”), P.O. Box 1547, Sandy Utah 84091-1547.
Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on July 6, 2023 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on July 15, 2023 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer clock will be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void outside the Fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (“D.C.”) and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
Entry Period: During the Sweepstakes Period, each calendar day from 12:00 a.m. ET until 11:59 p.m. ET is a separate entry period (each, an “Entry Period”). During the Sweepstakes Period, there are ten (10) total Entry Periods.
Eligibility Requirements: This Sweepstakes is open to any legal resident of the fifty (50) United States and D.C. who has reached the age of majority in their state of residence as of the date of entry and who satisfy the following eligibility requirements (each, an “Eligible Participant”):
- An Eligible Participant must register for a MoneyLion account either through the MoneyLion website or the MoneyLion mobile application during the Sweepstakes Period.
- An Eligible Participant is only eligible to enter the Sweepstakes within the first two (2) days of the creation of their MoneyLion account.
The following classes of persons are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes:
- Employees, officers and directors of MoneyLion Technologies Inc., and its respective franchisees, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively “Released Parties”), and the members of the immediate families or households of any of the above. “Immediate family members” includes, for purposes of this Sweepstakes, parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grandchildren (including step grand-children) and each of their respective spouses.
How to Enter: To qualify for a single entry (“Entry”) for a chance to win a prize of fifty dollars ($50) (each, a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”), each entrant must meet the eligibility requirements set forth above and must successfully link their bank account in their MoneyLion account within two (2) days of the opening of their MoneyLion account (an “Entrant”). Each Entrant can only submit a maximum of one (1) Entry during the Sweepstakes Period.
Drawing and Prizes: For each Entry Period, Sponsor will select two (2) Entrants to win a Prize in random drawings that will occur on or about forty-eight (48) hours from the end of each Entry Period (each, a “Winner”). Odds of winning will depend on the number of Entries received in each Entry Period. The total approximate retail value of all Prizes awarded during the Sweepstakes Period in the aggregate is $1,000.
Prize Conditions: By participating in this Sweepstakes, a Winner authorizes MoneyLion or its agent to deposit any Prize into their RoarMoney account.
Winners with RoarMoney accounts will receive their Prize credited to their open RoarMoney account within seven (7) calendar days of winning the Prize, subject to any delays or other circumstances which may delay the deposit of any Prize. Winners will have the option to receive a check made payable to their order in lieu of the credit into the Winner’s RoarMoney account if they do not have an open RoarMoney account. Any Winner that does not have an open RoarMoney account will be required to complete a Form W-9 within two (2) business days of notification or will be disqualified from receiving the Prize.
By accepting a Prize, the Winner agrees to release Sponsor and the Released Parties, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents, from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind by entering the Sweepstakes or for damages of any kind caused by the Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the Prize awarded. All local, state and federal taxes are solely the responsibility of the Winner. An IRS form 1099 will be issued if required by law. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute a Prize with another prize of equal value in the event that the stated Prize (or any component thereof) is not available. If a potential Winner fails to respond to the Sponsor’s notification and provide a completed W-9 within two (2) business days of the initial contact by Sponsor, then such person may be disqualified and an alternate Winner will be awarded the prize at issue. Prizes are not transferable or assignable.
Entry Guidelines: Each Entrant may only enter into the Sweepstakes once during the Sweepstakes Period. Each Entrant must enter into the Sweepstakes on their own behalf. Any Entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s account information will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. No mechanically reproduced or automated Entries are permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification, and all such Entries will be deemed void. In the event of a dispute as to a specific Entry, the authorized account holder will be deemed to be the Entrant and they must be eligible according to these Official Rules. Sponsor or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Sweepstakes are not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or otherwise damaged entries, or for entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these Official Rules, or for any Entry not submitted or received, or otherwise lost, due to any technical error or failure, human or programming error, unauthorized human intervention, inaccurate capture or misentry of any required information, or the failure to capture any such information or effects of hackers or failure of any electronic equipment, computer transmissions and/or network connections, all of which will be disqualified. Sponsor and the other Released Parties are not responsible for any failure on the part of the Entrant to complete a successful qualifying transaction.
By submitting an Entry, the Entrant understands and grants to the Sponsor a revocable, perpetual, non-exclusive worldwide license to use their Entry, photo, video, RoarTag, name, portrait, likeness and/or other biographical information for promotional and marketing activities worldwide without compensation, permission or notification. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to alter, change or modify any Entry. Entrants may revoke this license and opt out of any such further use by calling 1-888-704-6970 or by emailing Sponsor at [email protected], except that such opt out shall not apply to any uses that were already publicly disseminated (including on MoneyLion’s websites or the MoneyLion mobile app) prior to the Entrant’s exercise of this opt out right.
All information submitted by an Entrant will be treated according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at www.moneylion.com/privacy-notice. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to Sponsor’s collection and use of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
Additional Rules & Restrictions: By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules, and the decisions of the Sponsor shall be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. If an Entrant wins a Prize, and is later to be found to be in violation of these Official Rules, they will be required to forfeit the Prize or to reimburse Sponsor for the stated value of the Prize if the violation is discovered after the Winner has used the Prize. False, fraudulent, or deceptive entries or acts shall render Entrants ineligible for any Prize.
By submitting an Entry, the Entrant agrees that Sponsor and its agents are authorized to contact the Entrant via email, via social media, by physical mail, telephone, or any other form of communication to make the Entrant aware of information pertinent to the Sweepstakes. By submitting an Entry, the Entrant also agrees to receive marketing materials or information regarding Sponsor’s featured product(s), service(s), special events or promotional offers, or purchase incentives through email or physical mail from Sponsor or its agents. Entrants may opt out of further email communication at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located in the footer of promotional emails from Sponsor.
By accepting a Prize, where permitted by law, the Winner grants to the Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries and related companies, and those acting pursuant to the authority of the Sponsor, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide IN ALL MEDIA without limitation at any time the Winner’s name, RoarTag, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and/or other biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without limitation or further compensation, and without review, approval or notification, unless prohibited by law. The Winner may revoke this right and opt out of any such further use by calling 1-888-704-6970 or by emailing Sponsor at [email protected], except that such opt out shall not apply to any uses that were already publicly disseminated prior to the Winner’s exercise of this opt out right.
IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR, ITS PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, DEALERS, DISTRIBUTORS, SUPPLIERS, PRIZE PROVIDERS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IN SUCH STATES LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. By participating, Entrants release and agree to hold harmless the Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, dealers, distributors, social media sites, suppliers, prize provider and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, death or losses or damages to persons or property AS WELL AS CLAIMS/ACTIONS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY that may arise from participating in this Sweepstakes or its related activities or the acceptance, possession, use or of, or any harm resulting from the acceptance, possession, use of misuse of a Prize. Winners acknowledge that Sponsor has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relating to a prize. Sponsor may disqualify an Entrant’s Entry if they are deemed to have violated these Official Rules. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes or who are in violation of these Official Rules as solely determined by the Sponsor will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Use of script, macro or automated entry software or programs or any other means that subvert the entry process is prohibited and all such Entries will be void. In the event this Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, worms, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes, or if this Sweepstakes is unable to run as planned for any other reason, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes or any portion thereof and/or terminate the participation of any Entrant (and void his/her Entry/ies) whose conduct potentially compromises this Sweepstakes and at its sole discretion, if terminated, to award the Prize(s) from among all eligible non-suspect Entries received prior to the act requiring such termination. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
DISPUTES: EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, AS A CONDITION OF PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE THAT (A) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND YOU HEREBY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, IF ANY; AND (B) YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT, UNLESS YOU HAVE OPTED OUT, THE DISPUTES AGREEMENT TO WHICH YOU ARE ALREADY A PARTY EXTENDS TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AND THE DEFINITION OF “CLAIM” INCLUDES ALL CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY COMPENSATION OR CREDIT TO BE PROVIDED.

Box 1547, Sandy, Utah 84091-1547. Requests must be received by December 31, 2023. Residents of Vermont may exclude return postage.
