LionPoints Rewards Program
LionPoints is a rewards program that allows a MoneyLion user to earn promotional points (“LionPoints”) and apply them to receive gift cards, merchandise or in certain select circumstances cash back:
Eligibility and Participation.
MoneyLion users are automatically enrolled to participate in the LionPoints program, although we reserve the right to limit participation in our sole discretion.
You may earn Points by taking certain actions when you interact with MoneyLion or authorized third parties. For example, you may receive Points each time you upload a picture, improve financial health, link accounts, take a loan, make an on-time payment, pay-off a loan, give an endorsement or purchase a gift card.
Each time you earn LionPoints, we will update your Points balance, which you can view by logging into the dashboard. If we post Points to your account for any activity that is subsequently voided or cancelled, we will remove those Points from your account. If you believe that you have validly earned Points that have not been posted to your account, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org@lionloans.com.
The Points you earn may be applied toward gift card purchases, provided that Points may be redeemed only for the purchase of eligible gift cards. Eligible gift cards may change over time and participating merchants may be added or removed at our discretion. Please click here for information about how Points may be applied toward purchases.
We may limit the number of Points you can earn or use within certain periods of time or implement other restrictions on the receipt or use of Points. Some rewards may have additional terms and conditions, including those from our partners and merchants who ultimately fulfill the reward. Points are not considered your property. Although we may allow you to do so in the future, currently you can't transfer points to any other person on the network. Moreover, your points can't be transferred through a legal procedure, such as by inheritance, in bankruptcy or in connection with a divorce. If you attempt to use or earn points in a fraudulent way, we may take away all points in your account, cancel your account, cancel and/or all of your MoneyLion privileges including the ability to remain on the network.
LionPoints do not expire, however after 12 months without any qualifying activity, your points will be forfeited. Qualifying activity is any activity listed in the "Earning Points" section above which qualifies you for the earning of LionPoints.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the LionPoints program, and your access to the Points in your account, if you violate these Terms. We may also suspend, cancel or otherwise limit your access to Points if we suspect fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity associated with your account. If we determine you fraudulently obtained Points or used fraudulently-obtained Points, we may revoke those Points and suspend or terminate your account.
Changes to the LionPoints Program.
We may change, suspend or terminate the LionPoints program, or any part of it, at any time and in our sole discretion. For instance, we may change the number of points you can earn on the financial network, change the number of points required to redeem a gift card or another reward, impose caps and fees on earning and redeeming rewards, and impose or increase annual fees, service fees or usage fees. We also reserve the right at any point to cancel the rewards and points program all together. If you have purchased rewards, the dollar value paid to, less applicable fees, will be credited back to you. We will notify you of any changes to our terms for our rewards and points via notification on our website. Your continued use of LionPoints will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms. Our merchants and rewards may change at any time. The merchants represented are not sponsors of the MoneyLion rewards program or otherwise affiliated with MoneyLion. The logos and other identifying marks attached are trademarks of and owned by each represented company and/or its affiliates. Please visit each company's website for additional terms and conditions. Members of the MoneyLion Network can only redeem rewards that are currently available.
It is your responsibility for determining if you may be liable for any federal, state or local taxes as a result of earning or using any Points.

ML Wealth Process
ML Wealth offers an automated internet-based investment service providing access to affordable, professional portfolio management. Each client’s portfolio is created to be in alignment with clients’ acceptable risk parameters and financial objectives. We develop an investment program and guide the Client’s investments by managing: 1) the most suitable asset classes, 2) specific investments within each of those asset classes, and, 3) achieving a balance in the investment portfolio. MLW will make recommendation as to how much a client should allocate to each investment portfolio based upon MLW’s review of a client’s financial resources. Clients should be aware that ML Wealth’s process is based in part on a careful evaluation of past price performance and volatility in order to evaluate future probabilities.
MLW focuses its services on the needs of each of its Clients. To customize the appropriate portfolio offering to each Client, MLW uses a proprietary process that identifies key elements of the client’s financial profile, including liquidity and risk constraints, and financial planning goals and priorities.
ML Wealth employs systematic quantitative analysis for both investment strategy and financial planning purposes. The investment strategy analysis is restricted to assessment of long-term risk profiles of Passive Core Allocation Strategies for purposes of evaluating their suitability for a particular Client. In particular, ML Wealth uses primarily statistical analysis of volatilities and correlations between core asset classes and their historical performance patterns in determining the risk of loss associated with a particular portfolio allocation to passive securities representing these asset classes. While the Passive Core Allocation Strategy attempts to immunize and balance the strategy portfolios with respect to forecasted quantifiable risks, it may not achieve such immunization or balance with respect to non-quantifiable risks leading to inadequate performance of our risk models and portfolio construction methodologies.
Securities and ETF Selection and Performance Disclosures
The securities employed in ML Wealth Client accounts are almost exchange-traded funds or other publicly registered funds ("ETFs"), which generally are registered investment companies under the Investment Company Act of 1940. ML Wealth may also recommend certain other securities such as mutual funds and other hedging securities to minimize downsize risk. Although ML Wealth believes its selection process identifies ETFs with high liquidity, low expenses, and low tracking error, ML Wealth’s selection process does not guarantee the quality of a particular ETF or that it will 1) be profitable, 2) properly track any comparable index, 3) trade in a liquid fashion, or 4) trade at or above its publicly-posted net asset value.
ML Wealth reserves the right to change at any time the selection of Securities and ETFs that it recommends if, in ML Wealth’s sole discretion, any ETF does not meet requirements for continued listing on the platform. Clients should be aware that changes in the selection of portfolios and models by ML Wealth's investment management service may result in the sale of their existing holdings and may subject them to additional tax liability.
ETFs may include certain expenses that can reduce its net asset value, and thus affect its performance and also affect a Client’s portfolio performance or an index benchmark comparison. The expenses may include management fees, custodian fees, and legal and accounting fees. ETF expenses may change from time to time at the sole discretion of the ETF issuer.
Wrap Fee Programs are arrangements between broker-dealers, investment advisers, banks and other financial institutions and affiliated and unaffiliated investment advisers through which the clients of such firms receive discretionary investment advisory, execution, clearing and custodial services in a “bundled” form. ML Wealth does not participate, at this time, in wrap fee programs.
Performance data is displayed net of commissions and advisory fees, if any. Presently advisory fees and commissions are not being charged by ML Weatlh. Trading expenses, if any, from the broker-dealing holding the account are reflected. Performance information includes the reinvestment of dividends and interest unless otherwise noted.
Actual investors on ML Wealth may experience different results from any hypothetical results shown. There is a potential for loss, as well as gain, that is not reflected in the hypothetical information portrayed. The hypothetical performance results shown do not represent the results of actual trading using client assets but were achieved by means of the retroactive application of a model designed with the benefit of hindsight. Investors should carefully review the additional information presented by ML Wealth as part of any hypothetical comparison.
COMPARISONS TO INDICES ARE PROVIDED FOR ILLUSTRATIVE PURPOSES ONLY. AN INDEX IS A BROADLY DIVERSIFIED, UNMANAGED GROUP OF SECURITIES, WHICH MAY INCLUDE ONLY LARGE CAPITALIZATION COMPANIES OR COMPANIES OF A CERTAIN SIZE. BROADLY BASED INDICES MAY BE SHOWN ONLY AS AN INDICATION OF THE GENERAL PERFORMANCE OF THE FINANCIAL MARKETS DURING THE PERIODS INDICATED. ML WEALTH CAUTIONS INVESTORS THAT NO INDEX IS DIRECTLY COMPARABLE TO THE PERFORMANCE SHOWN SINCE EACH INDEX HAS ITS OWN UNIQUE RESULTS AND VOLATILITY, AND SUCH INDICES, IF SHOWN, SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS AN ACCURATE COMPARISON.
The return, composite and performance information shown on the Site or App uses or includes information compiled from third-party sources, including independent market quotations and index information. ML Wealth believes the third-party information comes from reliable sources, but ML Wealth does not guarantee the accuracy of the Site or App information and may receive incorrect information from third-party providers. Unless otherwise indicated, the information on the Site or App has been prepared by ML Wealth and has not been reviewed, compiled or audited by any independent third-party or public accountant.
Fee and Account Disclosures
ML Wealth does not charge an advisory free for its services to its clients. It is compensated and expenses paid by affiliates, in full or part, through the payment of membership fees by the client to its affiliate ML Plus, LLC. ML Wealth does not make any representations regarding the execution quality of orders placed with our brokerage partner. However, ML Wealth does monitor the execution quality of transactions to ensure that Clients receive the best overall trade execution pursuant to regulatory requirements. Certain ETF products, offered through ML Wealth, may be free of commissions and advisory fees; however, management and/or other fees may be charged for investment products managed by outside companies, which are unaffiliated entities of ML Wealth.
Tax Consequences Disclosures
ML Wealth does not specifically attempt or represent in any manner that its advisory services for any of its products and/or services, will result in any particular tax consequence for the Clients.
Clients should consult with their tax professional regarding the tax consequences of investing with ML Wealth and engaging in investing in the portfolio selected by ML Wealth. Clients will receive a IRS Form-1099 reporting their income (loss) from their portfolio.
