Promotion
The MoneyLion Holiday Cashback Promotion (the “Promotion”) is a limited time campaign that begins on November 20, 2023 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on the earlier of (A) December 4, 2023 at 11:59 PM ET and (B) the date that MoneyLion determines, in its sole discretion, to terminate this Promotion (the “Promotional Period”).
This Promotion is offered by MoneyLion Technologies Inc. (together with its affiliates, “MoneyLion”), P.O. Box 1547, Sandy, Utah 84091-1547. MoneyLion will be the official timekeeper for the Promotion.
Eligibility
This Promotion is available to any valid and registered MoneyLion user who is a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and has reached the age of majority in their state as of the beginning of the Promotional Period (each, an “Eligible Participant”). Note, additional eligibility criteria may apply to access or otherwise use the Rewards (as defined below) earned in this Promotion. See below under “Rewards” for additional information.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the following classes of persons are not eligible to participate in the Promotion: employees, officers and directors of MoneyLion and its respective franchisees, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Promotion (collectively “Released Parties”), and the members of the immediate families or households of any of the above. “Immediate family members” includes, for purposes of this Promotion, parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grandchildren (including step grand-children) and each of their respective spouses.
Promotion Entry Requirements
With respect to each offer set forth in the table below which is eligible for this Promotion (each, an “Eligible Offer”), in order to receive the applicable Reward, Eligible Participants must complete all of the following steps during the Promotional Period (with respect to each Eligible Offer, a “Qualifying Transaction”):

Completing the applicable Qualification Criteria requires successfully enrolling in or signing up for the relevant product and/or service relating to the Eligible Offer, as determined by MoneyLion’s third-party partners in their sole discretion, including providing all valid consumer, payment and other required information to enroll in or sign up for the product and/or service. Rewards
For each Qualifying Transaction that an Eligible Participant successfully completes, the Eligible Participant will receive the relevant reward set forth in the table above relating to such Eligible Offer (the “Rewards”). Each Eligible Participant is eligible to receive the applicable Reward corresponding to each Eligible Offer only once in this Promotion. The approximate retail value of each Reward is set forth in the table above under “Equivalent Cashback Value.” Eligible Participants will forfeit their Reward if their MoneyLion account is not in good standing, as determined by MoneyLion in its sole discretion, or if the Eligible Participant is otherwise unable to receive the Reward.
For all Eligible Offers other than the “MoneyLion Referral,” Rewards will be rewarded in the form of reward points (the “Reward Points”) by no later than December 10, 2023, subject to any delays or other circumstances which may delay the deposit of any Reward Points, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the MoneyLion Rewards Program available here. For the “MoneyLion Referral” Eligible Offer, Rewards will be rewarded in the form of a cashback deposit pursuant to the terms and conditions of the “$10 Referral + $50 Direct Deposit Limited Time Promotion 2023” available here.
MoneyLion reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute the Reward with another prize of equal value in the event that the stated Reward is not available. Rewards are not transferable or assignable until awarded.
Miscellaneous
MoneyLion will issue each Eligible Participant who receives Rewards any applicable tax forms if required by law. Eligible Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes that may be associated with receiving a Reward, and should consult with their own financial, tax and/or legal advisor(s) regarding the same.
In its sole discretion, MoneyLion may change or terminate this Promotion at any time without notice to you. MoneyLion reserves the right to review and disqualify, at any time and in its sole discretion, any Eligible Participant from participating in this Promotion if they do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or otherwise receive a Reward in a manner inconsistent with these Promotion terms. MoneyLion further reserves the right not to honor and/or seek return and/or reimbursement of any Reward which, in MoneyLion’s sole discretion, was solicited in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions. MoneyLion may choose to withhold or claw back any Reward that a purported Eligible Participant may receive under this Promotion if MoneyLion believes that they engaged in fraud, did not satisfy the eligibility requirements or violated these Terms and Conditions.
By accepting the Reward, the Participant agrees to fully release the Released Parties from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind by participating in this Promotion or in connection with the Reward, including acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the Reward.
