Promotion

The MoneyLion Driver Score Activation Promotion (the “Promotion”) is a limited time campaign that begins on September 18, 2023 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on the date that there are no more Rewards (as defined below) available (the “Promotional Period”). 

This Promotion is offered by MoneyLion Technologies Inc. (together with its affiliates, “MoneyLion”), P.O. Box 1547, Sandy, Utah 84091-1547.  MoneyLion will be the official timekeeper for the Promotion.

Eligibility

This Promotion is available to any registered MoneyLion user (a) who is a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, (b) who has reached the age of majority in their state as of the beginning of the Promotional Period and (c) does not have the “Driver Score” feature activated in the MoneyLion mobile application. 

The following classes of persons are not eligible to participate in the Promotion:  employees, officers and directors of MoneyLion and its respective franchisees, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Promotion (collectively “Released Parties”), and the members of the immediate families or households of any of the above.  “Immediate family members” includes, for purposes of this Promotion, parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grandchildren (including step grand-children) and each of their respective spouses.

Promotion Entry Requirements

In order to receive the Reward (as defined below), a participant in the Promotion must validly activate the “Driver Score” feature on the MoneyLion mobile application during the Promotional Period (a “Participant”).  The first fifty (50) Participants who activate “Driver Score” on the MoneyLion mobile application (each, a “Winner”) will receive the Reward, representing an aggregate of fifty (50) Rewards total for the entire Promotion.

MoneyLion will notify each Winner via email and provide the Reward to each Winner within fourteen (14) calendar days (subject to any delays or other circumstances which may delay notification and the distribution of the Reward).  Each Winner is required to complete a Form W-9 within two (2) business days of notification.  If a potential Winner fails to respond to MoneyLion’s notification and provide the completed Form W-9 within two (2) business days of notification, such Winner will be disqualified from receiving the Reward and an alternate Winner may be selected from all remaining eligible Participants.  If MoneyLion is otherwise unable to contact a potential Winner within seven (7) days of the initial attempt, an alternate Winner may be selected from all remaining eligible Participants.

Reward

Reward:  One (1) $10.00 Amazon electronic gift card (the “Reward”).  There are a total of fifty (50) Rewards available for this Promotion.  The approximate retail value of each Reward is $10.00, and the total approximate retail value of all Rewards available under this Promotion is $500.00.

Rewards are only available to the first fifty (50) Participants who validly activate “Driver Score” on the MoneyLion mobile application.  Each Participant is eligible to receive only one (1) Reward under this Promotion.  Once the Participant has received the Reward under this Promotion, then the Participant is no longer eligible to participate in this Promotion.  A Winner will forfeit their Reward if their MoneyLion account is not in good standing, as determined by MoneyLion in its sole discretion, or if the Winner is otherwise unable to receive the Reward.

MoneyLion reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute the Reward with another prize of equal value in the event that the stated Reward is not available.  Rewards are not transferable or assignable until awarded.

Miscellaneous

MoneyLion will issue each Winner any applicable tax forms if required by law.  Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes that may be associated with receiving a Reward, and should consult with their own financial, tax and/or legal advisor(s) regarding the same. 

In its sole discretion, MoneyLion may change or terminate this Promotion at any time without notice to you.  MoneyLion reserves the right to review and disqualify, at any time and in its sole discretion, any Participant and.or Winner from participating in this Promotion if they do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or otherwise receive a Reward in a manner inconsistent with these Promotion terms.  MoneyLion further reserves the right not to honor and/or seek return and/or reimbursement of any Reward which, in MoneyLion’s sole discretion, was solicited in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.  MoneyLion may choose to withhold or claw back any Reward that a purported Winner may receive under this Promotion if MoneyLion believes that they engaged in fraud, did not satisfy the eligibility requirements or violated these Terms and Conditions.

By accepting the Reward, the Participant agrees to fully release the Released Parties from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind by participating in this Promotion or in connection with the Reward, including acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the Reward.

By activating “Driver Score” powered by Zendrive in the MoneyLion mobile application, you understand and agree that Zendrive will be collecting information about your geolocation and driving habits through the MoneyLion mobile application to help determine your safe driving score and sharing this information with third-party insurance providers who may be willing to offer you a quote for auto insurance.
