Promotion

The RoarMoney Money Moves Marathon Promotion (the “Promotion”) is a limited time campaign that begins on October 23, 2023 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on the date that there are no more Rewards (as defined below) available (the “Promotion Period”).

This Promotion is offered by MoneyLion Technologies Inc. (together with its affiliates, “MoneyLion”), P.O. Box 1547, Sandy, Utah 84091-1547. MoneyLion will be the official timekeeper for the Promotion.

Eligibility

This Promotion is available to any registered MoneyLion user (a) who is a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, (b) who has reached the age of majority in their state as of the beginning of the Promotional Period, (c) with an active RoarMoney account in good standing and (d) who is directly invited by MoneyLion to participate in this Promotion via an official email from MoneyLion regarding the Promotion or an invitation to participate in the Promotion via the MoneyLion mobile application (each, a “Participant”).

The following classes of persons are not eligible to participate in the Promotion: employees, officers and directors of MoneyLion and its respective franchisees, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Promotion (collectively “Released Parties”), and the members of the immediate families or households of any of the above. “Immediate family members” includes, for purposes of this Promotion, parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grandchildren (including step grand-children) and each of their respective spouses.

The Promotion

Participants can earn up to $100.00 (the “Rewards”) as set forth below by completing each of the following actions, in succession, during the Promotion Period (the “Qualifying Actions”):

1	Complete a Qualifying DD Switch (as defined below) by no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on the seventh (7^th) day after the date on which the Participant opens his or her RoarMoney account. A “Qualifying DD Switch” means a successful, automatic payroll direct deposit switch of the Participant’s paycheck to the Participant’s RoarMoney account, completed via the MoneyLion mobile application.	$10.00
2	Direct deposit* at least $500.00 to the Participant’s RoarMoney account within thirty (30) days after the date of the Qualifying DD Switch.	$20.00
3	Direct deposit* at least $500.00 to the Participant’s RoarMoney account during a period of thirty-one (31) to sixty (60) days after the date of the Qualifying DD Switch.	$30.00
4	Direct deposit* at least $500.00 to the Participant’s RoarMoney account during a period of sixty-one (61) to ninety (90) days after the date of the Qualifying DD Switch.	$40.00

* Each direct deposit must be made by the Participant’s employer, payroll provider or benefits payer in the form of an Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) direct deposit and must be successfully detected in the Participant’s RoarMoney account by MoneyLion in order to complete the relevant Qualifying Action. Bank ACH transfers, verification or trial deposits from financial institutions, peer-to-peer transfers from services such as PayPal, Cash App or Venmo, mobile check funds, tax refunds (state and federal), economic impact payments or similar state or federal payments and cash deposits do not qualify under this Promotion and are ineligible for purposes of completing the Qualifying Actions.

For each Qualifying Action that a Participant completes, MoneyLion will deposit the corresponding Reward as set forth in the table above to the Participant’s RoarMoney account within seven (7) calendar days of completing the relevant Qualifying Action, subject to any delays or other circumstances which may delay the deposit of the Reward. By participating in this Promotion, the Participant authorizes MoneyLion or its agent to deposit the Reward into their RoarMoney account. A Participant will forfeit their Reward if their RoarMoney account is not in good standing, as determined by MoneyLion in its sole discretion, or is otherwise unable to receive the Reward.

Each Participant is eligible to receive a maximum of $100.00 of Rewards total in this Promotion. Once $100,000.00 in total aggregate Rewards has been awarded under this Promotion, this Promotion will automatically terminate (unless terminated earlier by MoneyLion as described below).

Miscellaneous

MoneyLion will issue each Participant any applicable tax forms if required by law. Reward recipients are solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes that may be associated with receiving a Reward, and should consult with their own financial, tax and/or legal advisor(s) regarding the same.

In its sole discretion, MoneyLion may change or terminate this Promotion at any time without notice to you. MoneyLion reserves the right to review and disqualify, at any time and in its sole discretion, any Participant from participating in this Promotion if they do not comply with these Promotion terms or otherwise receive a Reward in a manner inconsistent with these Promotion terms. MoneyLion further reserves the right not to honor and/or seek reimbursement of any Reward which, in MoneyLion’s sole discretion, was solicited in a manner inconsistent with these Promotion terms. MoneyLion may choose to withhold or claw back any Reward that a Participant may receive under this Promotion if MoneyLion believes that they engaged in fraud, did not satisfy the eligibility requirements or violated these terms and conditions.

By accepting the Reward, the Participant agrees to release MoneyLion and its directors, officers, representatives and agents from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind by participating in this Promotion or in connection with the Reward, including acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the Reward.
