The Company’s WillScot is a provider of modular space solutions, and Mobile Mini Solutions is a provider of portable storage solutions. Its leases modular space and portable storage units (its lease fleet) to customers in the commercial and industrial, construction, education, energy and natural resources, government, and other end markets. The Company offers its customers a range of ready to work solutions. In addition to its ready to work solutions, the Company also offer products and services, such as the rental of steps, ramps, and furniture packages, damage waivers, and other amenities.
