The Company sells its products primarily through mass retail outlets, grocery outlets; warehouse clubs; dollar stores; home hardware centers; drug, pet and military stores; third-party and owned e-commerce channels; and distributors. The Company operates through four segments: Health and Wellness, Household, Lifestyle and International. The Health and Wellness segment consists of cleaning products, professional products, and vitamins, minerals and supplement products. Its Household segment consists of cat litter products, bags and wraps, and grilling products. Its Lifestyle segment consists of food, natural personal care products, and water-filtration systems. Its International segment consists of products sold outside the United States. It markets various consumer brand names, such as namesake bleach and cleaning products, Pine-Sol cleaners, Liquid-Plumr clog remover and Poett home care products.
