Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings Inc., incorporated on May 20, 2010, is a diversified freight transportation company, which operates truckload fleets in North America. The Company provides multiple full truckload transportation, less-than-truckload (LTL), intermodal and logistics services through a nationwide network of business units and terminals in the United States and Mexico to serve customers throughout North America. In addition to its full truckload and LTL services, the Company also contracts with third-party capacity providers to provide a range of shipping solutions to its customers while creating driving jobs for its driving associates and business opportunities for independent contractors. It has four segments: Truckload, Logistics, LTL and Intermodal. Its truckload segment’s services include irregular route and dedicated, refrigerated, expedited, flatbed, and cross-border transportation of various products, goods, and materials for its diverse customer base.
