The Company’s product families include Silicon Carbide and GaN materials, power-switching devices, and radiofrequency (RF) devices targeted for various applications such as electric vehicles, fast charging, 5G, renewable energy and storage, and aerospace and defense. The Company's power products include discrete Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFETs, discrete SiC schottky diodes, bare die SiC MOSFETs, and bare die SiC Schottky diodes, SiC power modules, gate driver boards, reference designs, and evaluation kits. The Company's RF products include all aerospace and defense, communications infrastructure, general-purpose broadband, 28 VGeneral-purpose broadband, 40 VGeneral-purpose broadband, 50 V, C-Band, L-Band, S-Band, X-Band, and satellite communications.
