I lost my boyfriend suddenly on 3/13. We had no savings. I wasn’t on the lease and now I’m getting evicted. I had started a new job 4 days before he collapsed. I’d give if we had an emergency fund so I wouldn’t have to worry about finding a place with no money. I also will never trust anyone to right by me again. He said I was on the lease. He said he didn’t have will. He did and left everything to his mom. Our electric was in her name he lied about that too so turned it off, and my WiFi knowing I work remotely. My gas was also cut off. So not only am shattered, I have had face so very hard truths, I had to go back to work today and I wasn’t ready. Most of all I just want him back. I’m all alone in the house he died in, even with me doing CPR. I can’t ends even begin to meet. And I have to leave our home very soon cause I’m considered a squatter even though that’s not true. Guess ya never really know anyone.

Budget your money but also learn how to invest for sure
I think it’s a skill to be able to use your debt to your benefit. Sometimes it helps lenders lend you if you already have debt and have been paying it so I’m trying to look at debt as something that isn’t bad. I’m trying to look at it as something that I was able to pay off.
I should have picked budget but even if you don't know how to budget, the money put away as the emergency funds will save you.
