How do you budget when there's not enough to start? I've always been a hard worker, but I haven't found good ways to stay on budget. For me, it's usually life getting in the way, which leads to takeout dinners and wasted groceries. Can anyone give me some money advice? I'm looking for easy hacks to make it work without feeling overwhelmed or anxious.

No matter what your income, give 10 % (tithe) to God and save 10 % for you. God will bless you for being faithful in your giving. His word says, " Test me in this and see if I don't open the flood gates of heaven for you." Malachi 3:10

Curious if getting paid to play games is still there. I reached a required level near the end of January and have not received the payout

Pulling it off one or two weeks is easy, it's doing it for your entire life that get rough. Having a BUNCH of different ENTIRE WEEKLY food plans That you can bounce back and forth from, buying roasts(pork and beef) and tortias, can of salsa, cheese. That's tacos all week

I get easy cheap ready made stuff to keep on hand for those days. Frozen Mac n cheese, corn dogs, pot pies, not every day stuff but enough that if I just don’t want to cook I don’t have to. I try to meal plan a week ahead and prep so I can usually just toss dinner in the crock pot before work and leave it. Wasted produce was really bad here so I started going shopping weekly, buying only what’s on my list with a plan of what I’m using it for and only getting enough for what I’m making.

Meal prep and freeze. Put your next meal in the fridge to thaw either the night before or before you head out. Do not buy foods you won't consume. Only get what you need/would eat.
I had a time where after bills it left me with $200 a month. I split that up into 4 weeks of $50 each. $35 for groceries and $15 for laundry. Anything I didn't use for laundry got saved. And it is possible to feed 2 people with $35 a week when you plan you meals and freeze what you can use in other meals, use leftovers wisely.
Looks like top Ramen and hot dogs for his budget but doesn't seem to mind
I just lost my job and so did the rest of my coworkers 😭 , they closed the bar with no notice , if you got it hook it up Fam I'm strugglin 😅
Have you considered meal prepping? If you make a bunch of "take-out" boxes of your favorite meals ready, it might help prevent ordering food. Especially since it's so convenient to pop it in the micro. You only have to cook it once, so just buy enough groceries for the meals, so it won't sit in the fridge
Stop eating out find what you like to eat and stick with that when you go food shopping
What do we do to gadgets take out incidental. We must plan ahead that doesn't interfere with budget or savings.
Meal prep for the week and cooking a big meal one time a week to turn it into a variety different dishes throughout the week. For instance, cook a sizable amount of soy meat or ground beef that’s seasoned. You can add different herbs/spices and seasonings to make your own “hamburger helper,” tacos, chilli, sloppy joes.and spaghetti.Get glass jars to store chopped produce and make it last-get free from freecycle, Craigslist or Nextdoor. Purchase cheaply at thrift stores or yard sales.
