I'm new to this literally but from what I'm aware I've requested money and even went ahead and did the 1,000 dollar request and I don't see the funds but here on the app it shows I owe a payment on a certain date but I don't see the money I apparently received

I need a boost. My kids need dinner tonight and I need gas to go to the store. Please Im having a hard time the past couple of months has been so hard.
