Pay towards my oldest balance but do not pay it off as it helps your credit to have old accounts

Depending on how large your total unsecured loans add up to, if they are under 10k pay more than the minimum. But if you have over 10k of unsecured loans, credit cards, and personal loans it might be better off to seek relief, there are a lot of relief plans that will help you navigate this by helping you settle your debts at a more manageable monthly payment or even reduce the original amount you owe. A plus to this is that you stop paying your monthly payments so you keep more money in your pocket. Note this will drop your credit score significantly. This is a tactic used by some relief plans to show you’re in financial hardship and helps with reducing your original amount in future settlement offers.

Pay in full every month is the way to go.

Instead of trying to pay a chunk at once I try to put a little on the amount every week (usually about 20 dollars) so by the end of the month that amount adds up

Pay more than the minimum
Your usage percentage is low it makes it much easier
You'd be surprised how much it saves on interest as well!😉
More than minimum definitely!! It’s worked for me!!
I would start with my smallest balance first. Pay it off by paying more on the principal than just paying the minimum payment each month. When I get that one paid off, I move on to the next one. Until they are all paid off.
In a Timely Manner 🙏🏽
