Don't carry a lot of money in your pockets especially $20 because people forget it goes faster when it's in your hand.

Unless you're paying off your credit cards every month, it's better to pay with cash for small purchases, that are less than $20. Otherwise, paying interest on a $7 latte is counter-productive.

That’s true. I even make myself transfer money every time I use my bank card so that I know each time how much I have and when you have to do that over and over you really get to see how much money you spend and how many times you swipe that card lol.
Cash always spends faster than cards
I rather use my card
For my ADHD brain, it helps to carry cash instead of a card. Physical money means I don't forget that that is all I have. I will fold money that is set aside for specific bills/expenses separately to help me remember what money is for spending, etc
I have to agree. Money in my pocket goes way faster than if in my account. I can see the exact amount in my account verses I have to count it out to check what's in my pocket. Helps me spend better.
I always need cash, usually to tip people, well I'm a hairdresser so I get the value of a good tipper
I never carry cash on me. It spends faster and my cards stay on lock.
Very true even though I'm skeptical about using my cards cash definitely goes fast
