Pay everything. Put half in two ETF VOO and QQQM. Buy a nice cheap house, renovate it, rent it then ask for a loan on that house and buy another with that money while my money stays in a high yield saving while I renovate the second house. Something like that. No vacation, no bragging just increase what God gave me and make some good donations too.
