Don’t miss anything important from MoneyLion (how to whitelist us)

By

To ensure you receive ALL MoneyLion emails and newsletters (and they don’t go to your spam or junk folders), it is important to add our email domains to your personal and company "white-lists." Please follow the instructions for the email service that you use.

Gmail

First, drag-and-drop the email message from the Promotions tab to the Primary tab.
A message will appear saying: "This conversation has been moved to Primary.
Do this for all future messages from [email protected], or [email protected]?"
Select Yes.
Alternatively, you can open an email from us, click Show Images and then Always Show Images

Yahoo! Mail

When opening an email message a + symbol should display next to From: MoneyLion or LionLoans. Select this and an Add to Contacts pop-up should appear. Select Save.

Now hit Control K which will bring up Make Address Book Entry window, pre-filled with all of your existing nicknames. Enter the name you wish to use for your whitelist – for example, I call mine "passlist." Click OK and you’re done.

*** You may someday find an email in your spam box from someone that should go to your inbox. When that happens, either create a nickname for them and then add that nickname to the passlist, or else simply cut and paste their email address into your passlist.

Use the address book editor to verify our contact details and click save.
