SPONSOR: MoneyLion Technologies Inc. (“Sponsor” or “MoneyLion”), P.O. Box 1547, Sandy, Utah 84091-1547.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD: This Giveaway begins at approximately 12:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 26, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 4, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer clock will be the official timekeeper for the Giveaway.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void outside the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (“D.C.”) and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. This Giveaway is open only to a MoneyLion account holder in good standing who is a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States and D.C and who is at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of entry (individually, an “Eligible Entrant” and collectively, the “Eligible Entrants,” and once actually entered into the Giveaway, individually, an “Entrant” and collectively, the “Entrants”).

The following classes of persons are not eligible to enter the Giveaway: Sponsor, and its respective directors, officers, employees, franchisees, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Giveaway (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and the members of the immediate families or households of any of the above. “Immediate family members” includes, for purposes of this Giveaway, parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grandchildren (including step grand-children) and each of their respective spouses.

HOW TO ENTER:

INITIAL ENTRY: For one (1) single initial entry (each, an “Initial Entry” and collectively, the “Initial Entries”):

• Prospective Entrants who are not MoneyLion account holders as of the Initial Entry must complete and submit the registration form (the “Registration Form”) for the Giveaway, available online at www.moneylion.com/summerbreak, and will be required to provide their full name, email address and date of birth and create a password in the Registration Form in order to create a MoneyLion account, become an Eligible Entrant to participate in this Giveaway and submit their Initial Entry.

• Prospective Entrants who are existing MoneyLion account holders as of the Initial Entry must log-in to their MoneyLion account online at www.moneylion.com (including www.moneylion.com/summerbreak), or via the MoneyLion mobile application and click the related Entry button for the Giveaway in order to submit their Initial Entry.

LIMIT ONE (1) INITIAL ENTRY PER ELIGIBLE ENTRANT DURING THE GIVEAWAY PERIOD.

ADDITIONAL DAILY ENTRIES: To earn one (1) additional Entry every day during the Giveaway Period (including, for the avoidance of doubt, on the date of the Initial Entry), log in to your MoneyLion account via the MoneyLion mobile application and click the “Summer Break ” button or go to http://www.moneylion.com/summerbreak; and click the “Summer Weekend” button to submit an additional entry into the Giveaway (each, an “Additional Entry” and collectively, the “Additional Entries”). (The Additional Entry together with the Additional Entries shall be referred to herein collectively as the “Entries” and individually as an “Entry”).

LIMIT ONE (1) ADDITIONAL ENTRY PER ELIGIBLE ENTRANT PER DAY DURING THE GIVEAWAY PERIOD.

ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (“AMOE Entry” and “AMOE Additional Entry”): You may also earn one (1) initial AMOE Entry and one (1) Additional AMOE Entry each day during the Giveaway Period without submitting an Initial Entry or Additional Entries at www.moneylion.com/summerbreak or logging into your MoneyLion account via the MoneyLion mobile application. To earn one (1) AMOE Entry and/or one (1) additional AMOE Entry, hand print your complete name, mailing address including zip code and a valid email address on a piece of paper and mail the piece of paper in an envelope with sufficient First Class Postage to: MoneyLion 2026 Summer Weekend Giveaway, P.O. Box 1008, Manhasset, NY 11030 (defined as “AMOE Entry” and “AMOE Additional Entry”). Limit one (1) AMOE Entry per envelope and one (1) AMOE Additional Entry per envelope.

LIMIT ONE (1) AMOE ENTRY PER ELIGIBLE ENTRANT DURING THE GIVEAWAY PERIOD AND ONE (1) AMOE ADDITIONAL ENTRY PER DAY PER ELIGIBLE ENTRANT DURING THE GIVEAWAY PERIOD.

LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER ELIGIBLE ENTRANT AND ONE (1) ADDITIONAL ENTRY PER ELIGIBLE ENTRANT PER DAY DURING THE GIVEAWAY PERIOD REGARDLESS OF ENTRY METHOD.

For purposes of these Official Rules, a Day is defined as the time between 12:00:00 a.m. ET and 11:59:59 a.m. ET.

Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, delayed, illegible, incorrect, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, destroyed or postage-due Entries. Incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, unintelligible or late Entries which otherwise do not comply with these Official Rules will be deemed void and disqualified. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor upon receipt, at its sole discretion, and will not be acknowledged or returned. Use of mechanically reproduced or automated Entry or similar devices which are used to participate in contravention of these Official Rules or otherwise “game” or subvert the entry process is prohibited, and all purported Entries submitted or otherwise effectuated through such devices are void and will not be honored in any way. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Giveaway, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, fraudulent activity of any kind, disruption or damage will be disqualified from the Giveaway in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to void any Entry that is posted through robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar duplication method, or posted through any third-party website, and to disqualify any Entrant using such a method.

Your completion and submission of an Entry constitutes your consent to participate in this Giveaway and your consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver your name, address and other information to PCG365, Sponsor’s authorized third-party representative administering the Giveaway, for the purpose of administering this Giveaway and for other uses by Sponsor as expressly permitted by these Official Rules and by applicable law. Sponsor and the Released Parties

are not responsible for any problems or technical, hardware, or software malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Giveaway, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or Entry to be received by the Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion, unavailable network connections on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway or downloading any materials in this Giveaway.

Each Eligible Entrant must submit the Entry on their own behalf. Any Entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s information will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any Prize (as defined herein). In the event of a dispute as to a specific Entry, the authorized account holder will be deemed to be the Entrant, and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules.

If you use a mobile device to enter, message and data rates may apply, and entrants will be solely responsible for any and all applicable charges. Please consult your wireless-service provider regarding its pricing plans. By submitting an Entry into this Giveaway, each Entrant agrees to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and that information submitted is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.moneylion.com/privacy-notice/. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Giveaway.

DAILY DISTRIBUTION OF WINNERS/ODDS OF WINNING: Two (2) Prizes will be randomly distributed each day during the Giveaway Period for a total of forty (40) Winners and forty (40) Prizes. The odds of winning depend upon the number of Entries validly received during the Giveaway Period.

FORTY (40) DAILY PRIZES: Forty (40) Winners will each receive five hundred dollars ($500), which shall be deposited into a “MoneyLion Spend” deposit account (a “MoneyLion Spend Account”) (each, a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize: $500.00. THE TOTAL VALUE OF ALL PRIZES: $40,000. An individual and/or household may win one (1) Prize, provided they meet all eligibility requirements and comply with these Official Rules. Limit one (1) Prize per household. Prizes cannot be substituted, transferred or assigned until awarded. All Winners will be required to successfully open a MoneyLion Spend Account within ten (10) days of being confirmed a Winner (such period as may be extended by Sponsor in its discretion). Sponsor shall deposit the applicable Prize for each Winner within ten (10) days after such Winner’s MoneyLion Spend Account has been opened and/or confirmed (such period as may be extended by Sponsor in its discretion). By participating in the Giveaway, a Winner authorizes Sponsor or its agent to deposit the Prize funds into their MoneyLion Spend account. Prize funds deposited into a Winner’s MoneyLion Spend Account will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the MoneyLion Spend account agreement. In the event a Winner does not qualify for a MoneyLion Spend Account (as determined by Sponsor) and has otherwise met all eligibility requirements and complied with these Official Rules, that Winner will receive one (1) check in the amount of the applicable Prize, which will be made payable to the Winner’s order. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued to each Winner as required by law. Winners may be required to complete and sign an IRS W-9 Form and any other required forms and customary diligence (including compliance screening and eligibility verification) provided to or requested of them, each to be returned within three (3) business days of written notification, or, at Sponsor’s discretion, that Prize may be forfeited.

Winners will be notified by the email address they submitted at the time of Entry. Prizes will be awarded only if they are properly claimed via a Prize Claim. No more than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded. If the number of awarded Prizes equals the number of Prizes offered, no additional Prizes will be awarded or provided in connection with this Giveaway. In the event more Prize Winner notifications are issued, or more winning claims are received than the number of Prizes set forth in these Official Rules due to computer, printing, seeding, human or other error or problem, a random drawing will take place from among all eligible Prize Claims for the Prize(s) at issue to award the proper number of Prizes as set forth in these Official Rules. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each Entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. An Entrant is not a Winner of any Prize unless and until the Entrant’s eligibility and the Prize Claim have been verified. Sponsor and Released Parties will not accept screen shots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition. No substitution, assignment or transfer of any Prize permitted. PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

By submitting an Entry, each Entrant consents to participate in this Giveaway and consents to any Released Party contacting such Entrant via email, by physical mail, telephone or any other form of communication for the purpose of administering this Giveaway, to make such Entrant aware of information pertinent to this Giveaway and for other uses by the Released Parties as permitted by these Official Rules and by applicable law. In addition, by submitting an Entry, the Entrant also agrees to receive marketing materials or information regarding Sponsor’s featured products and services, special events or promotional offers, or purchase incentives through email or physical mail from Sponsor or its agents. Entrants may opt out of further email communication at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located in the footer of promotional emails from Sponsor.

All information submitted by an Entrant (including the Plays) will be treated according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at www.moneylion.com/privacy-notice. By participating in the Giveaway, Entrants agree to Sponsor’s collection and use of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

The Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical, hardware or software malfunctions of any network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer or other electronic equipment or software; failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications (whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Giveaway); failure of any e-mail or Entry to be received by Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion; unavailable network connections on the Internet or at any social media site; or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to Entrant or any other person’s computer or other electronic device relating to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway or uploading/downloading any materials in connection with this Giveaway.

By accepting a Prize, each Winner agrees to release the Released Parties, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents, from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind by entering the Giveaway or for damages of any kind caused by a Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any Prize awarded. All local, state and federal taxes are solely the responsibility of the Winners.

ADDITIONAL RULES AND RESTRICTIONS: By participating in this Giveaway, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules, and the decisions of Sponsor shall be final in all matters relating to this Giveaway. If an entrant wins a Prize and is later to be found to be in violation of these Official Rules, he/she will be required to forfeit that Prize or to reimburse Sponsor for the stated value of that Prize if the violation is discovered after that Winner has used the Prize.

By accepting a Prize, where permitted by law, each Winner grants to Sponsor, its affiliates and related companies and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor a revocable, perpetual right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide IN ALL MEDIA without limitation at any time a Winner’s name, Entry and/or likeness for advertising, trade and promotional purposes, without limitation or further compensation, and without review, approval or notification, unless prohibited by law. Each Winner may revoke this license and opt out of any such further use by calling 1-888-704-6970 or by emailing Sponsor at [email protected], except that such opt out shall not apply to any uses that were already publicly disseminated (including on MoneyLion websites or the MoneyLion mobile app) prior to that Winner’s exercise of this opt out right.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS GIVEAWAY OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF, ANY PRIZE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IN SUCH STATES LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED

BY LAW. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. By participating, each Entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless the Released Parties and their respective representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, death or losses or damages to persons or property AS WELL AS CLAIMS/ACTIONS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY that may arise from participating in this Giveaway or its related activities or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of, or any harm resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of, any Prize. Each Winner acknowledges that no Released Party has either made or is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relating to any Prize. Sponsor may disqualify an Entrant’s Entry if he/she is deemed to have violated these Official Rules. In the event this Giveaway is compromised by virus, bugs, worms, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Giveaway, or if this Giveaway is unable to run as planned for any other reason, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate this Giveaway or any portion thereof and/or terminate the participation of any Entrant (and void his/her Entry) whose conduct potentially compromises this Giveaway and, at its sole discretion, if terminated, to award any Prize from among all eligible non-suspect Entries received prior to the act requiring such termination. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

DISPUTES: EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, AS A CONDITION OF PARTICIPATING IN THIS GIVEAWAY, YOU AGREE THAT (A) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND YOU HEREBY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, IF ANY; AND (B) YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT, UNLESS YOU HAVE OPTED OUT, THE DISPUTES AGREEMENT TO WHICH YOU ARE ALREADY A PARTY EXTENDS TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AND THE DEFINITION OF “CLAIM” INCLUDES ALL CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS GIVEAWAY OR ANY COMPENSATION OR CREDIT TO BE PROVIDED.
