The State of California enacted a comprehensive privacy law known as the California Consumer Privacy Act (the “CCPA”), which went into effect on January 1, 2020 and was created to protect the privacy and data of California residents. In accordance with the CCPA, MoneyLion will be entitled to keep certain types of data for recordkeeping, legal, anti-money laundering, and other compliance purposes.
