Newell Brands Inc. is a consumer goods company. The Company’s segments include Commercial Solutions, Home Appliances, Home Solutions, Learning and Development and Outdoor and Recreation. Commercial Solutions segment offers a range of commercial cleaning and maintenance solutions. Home Appliances segment offers household products, including kitchen appliances under Calphalon, Crockpot, Mr. Coffee, Oster and Sunbeam brands. Home Solutions segment provides food and home storage products, fresh preserving products, gourmet cookware, bakeware and cutlery and home fragrance products. Learning and Development, which provides baby gear and infant care products; writing instruments, including markers and highlighters, pencils; art products; activity-based adhesive and cutting products and labeling solutions. Outdoor and Recreation segment offers products for outdoor and outdoor-related activities under Campingaz, Marmot and Coleman brands.
