The Company provide regional, inter-regional and national LTL services through a single integrated, union-free organization union-free motor carrier. Its service offerings include expedited transportation, which are provided through a network of service centers located throughout the continental United States. It also provides LTL services throughout North America. In addition to its core LTL services, it offers a range of value-added services including container drayage, truckload brokerage and supply chain consulting. Its service centers are responsible for the pickup and delivery of freight within their local service area. Its network includes breakbulk facilities located in Atlanta, Georgia; Columbus, Ohio; Indianapolis, Indiana; Greensboro, North Carolina; Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; Memphis and Morristown, Tennessee; Dallas, Texas; and Salt Lake City, Utah.
