With skyrocketing fuel prices and the recent collapse of Spirit Airlines, many Americans who haven’t booked their summer vacations are thinking any potential trip will be expensive.

In fact, a recent industry report from Dollar Flight Club showed that jet fuel prices have increased from $2.50 per gallon in February to nearly $5 in May, leading to domestic airfare prices rising by 10% to 15% and international prices up 20%.

Oslo is the perfect starting point for any Scandinavian vacation. You can explore the many museums, Norwegian architecture and amazing restaurants or take a day trip to the nearby fjords. Norway is the perfect blend of urban culture and nature exploration.
