When will my payments change?
Your lower membership payments should take effect within five business days. So if your next payment is within five days, you may not see your new lower pricing until the next one.
What do I get for $19.99/month?
You will have continued access to $500 5.99% APR credit builder loans, with funding in seconds, and to credit tracking and reporting with weekly score refreshes in the MoneyLion app. Investing is now totally optional, and you’ll no longer receive $1/day when you log into the app.
If you add a MoneyLion Zero-Fee Checking account to your membership (at no cost), you’ll gain two additional benefits:
First, you’ll gain ongoing access to up to $50 in 0% APR Instacash advances (without setting up direct deposit). A huge benefit whenever you need cash fast and want to pay no interest.
Second, you’ll be able to earn monthly payouts up to $19.99 as part of the Lion’s Share Loyalty Program. The amount you earn is based on your number of daily app logins and number of MoneyLion Visa® Debit Card transactions each calendar month.
With the Lion’s Share Loyalty Program, the more you use your membership, the higher your payout. Members in the top tier (Platinum) will earn $19.99/month in payouts. To reach Platinum, you must log into the app every day and make at least 20 purchases (of $10 or more) with your MoneyLion Visa Debit Card in a calendar month/
Bronze, Silver, and Gold members will also get monthly payouts, and the exact amounts will be announced at the end of each month.

Addendum to MoneyLion Membership Program and Services Agreement and MoneyLion Membership Automatic Payment Authorization
This addendum to Your MoneyLion Membership Program and Services Agreement and MoneyLion Membership Automatic Payment Authorization (the “Addendum”) supplements and modifies Your MoneyLion Membership Program and Services Agreement (the “Membership Agreement”) and your MoneyLion Membership Automatic Payment Authorization (the “Payment Authorization”). It is important for You to note that the Services available to You, and Your obligations as a Plus Program member will, differ from those set forth in Your Membership Agreement in the following ways: (1) You will not have access to daily cash-back opportunities, but you will gain access to Lion’s Share Rewards opportunities, (2) You will not be required to make automated deposits into your Investment Account, and (3) Your Membership Fee will be $19.99 per month instead of $29 per month. Your Payment Authorization shall be modified to authorize Company to electronically seek payment in the amount of $19.99 for the Monthly Membership Fee instead of $29 per month.
All capitalized terms used but not defined in this Addendum have the meanings ascribed thereto in Your Membership Agreement. Except as expressly modified by this Addendum, all other terms and conditions of Your Membership Agreement and Payment Authorization shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict between this Addendum, on the one hand, and the Membership Agreement, Payment Authorization, or any Third Party Agreement, on the other hand, this Addendum shall control.
