WARNING: BEAST GAMES SPOILERS BELOW!
Hanging by a thread
Beast Games Episode 7 picked up where the previous one left off: the final showdown of the physical challenge—a 40-foot dead-hang that would decide which team advanced. Contestants dangled high above the ground, their grip the only thing standing between them and elimination. Pink Team’s Mikey (435) outlasted Orange Team’s Ozzy with an impressive 1:40, securing victory for the Pink Team and ensuring spots for eight players in the next round.
The stakes? Already high.
The tension? Palpable.
As you heard from MrBeast in the episode, MoneyLion’s throwing a chance at $500K your way — from a $4 million+ prize pool. No boulders to push, no towers to stack. Just you, some luck, and a chance at the bag with the MoneyLion’s Beast Games Giveaway*!

All Aboard the Pain Express
With the physical challenge behind them, contestants were blindfolded and transported to a mysterious railway yard. Here, the next test awaited: the infamous Trolley Problem, a classic moral dilemma that forces someone to decide whether to save one group at the expense of another.
In this case, it was brought to life with real consequences. The stakes? Cut the remaining 21 players down to just 10.
Akira’s World
The group elected Akira (539) as their captain, putting him in a position of power — but also under a spotlight. His first task was a doozy: pick his “least favorite” contestants. Akira named Mia (952) (who had already won a private island in Beast Games Episode 6), Rikeyah (aka Stitch) (626) (a piano student), and Monece (182) (a pie shop owner). The group was quick to point out the optics of his choices — all three were Black women, and Mia didn’t hesitate to point it out.
Akira’s predicament didn’t end there. He had to choose whether to save a bright yellow Lamborghini or eliminate the three contestants. He chose the car, sending Mia, Stitch, and Monece home. Mia, ever composed, left him with stinging parting words: “What you sow, you reap.”
The Lambo? Untouched and beautiful. Akira’s rep – tarnished?
The Tesla Curveball
Up next was another trolley problem — but with a twist. A brand new white Tesla sat on the tracks. And unbeknownst to the contestants, a $100K was hidden in its trunk.
Once again, Akira was voted captain. This time, his decision involved three contestants on the Tesla track: Jessica (907), Eric (990), Johnel (351), and his best friend in the competition, Colton (359), who was placed on the red track.
Faced with a choice between saving the Tesla (and its hidden $100K treasure in the trunk) or sparing Colton, Akira chose his ally. The Tesla was destroyed, taking the three contestants out of the game. When MrBeast revealed the $100K hidden in the trunk, the tension among the remaining players hit a boiling point.
Akira defended his decision by emphasizing the need to keep his closest ally in the game, but his standing among the group continued to crumble.
To soften the blow for viewers, Beast Games announced a $500K giveaway courtesy of MoneyLion. Shouting at your TV won’t pay the bills — but MoneyLion might.

Poor Bethany
More drama? You betcha’. 15 remain. New captains need to be picked: Bethany (865), mother of two, stepped forward (again) – this time, she got the votes to be captain.
Her task? Choose two players to place on the yellow tracks and one on the red.
Bethany selected Akira (539) — fresh off two controversial (to say the least) turns as captain — and Colton (359), Akira’s best friend, for the yellow track.
For the red track, she unknowingly chose her own jersey, marked as the “mystery contestant.” Uh-oh.
Bethany ultimately eliminated Akira and Colton and, in a cruel twist of fate, herself. Her emotional goodbye stunned the remaining players as they realized how much of a toll these choices can take.

Strategy over sympathy
12 contestants remain. Two left to cut. Twana (830) stepped up against Queen (817) and Deano (380). Twana got a unanimous vote from the nine remaining contestants to be the new captain. Her decisions reflected her sharp, no-nonsense approach. Her choices for elimination were Deano (380) — accused of forming whisper alliances — and Queen (817), who Twana respected as a strong competitor who she thought she could save from elimination.
THEN — in a shocking twist, Deano and Queen were each allowed to choose a “buddy” to join them on the chopping block to be eliminated with them. Deano selected Jazmine (697), who he thought Twana would want to spare, while Queen picked JC (566), a well-respected LGBTQ+ advocate.
This left Twana with a heart-wrenching decision as the episode ended with a train barreling down the tracks.
The light at the end of the tunnel is a train – literally
As the episode cut to black with the sound of the tracks rumbling, viewers were left hanging in more ways than one.
Who will be spared? Who’s on their way out? And how will these decisions reshape the fragile alliances left standing? All we know is that Beast Games never fails to keep us on edge.
Next week
The final 10. Alliances crumble, emotions run high, and the endgame inches closer. Who’s got what it takes to win it all?? Stay tuned.
Key Financial Takeaway: Think Bigger
Akira may have driven away with a Lambo, but his reputation took a nosedive. Twana, on the other hand, played the long game, putting strategy above sentiment (at least for this episode) In money and Beast Games, short-term gains are tempting, but the smart players always think beyond the moment.
