You might reside in (or neighbor) one of the nation’s hottest suburbs and not even realize it. A May 2026 Redfin analysis crunched the data to find America’s 10 hottest suburbs and the results don’t disappoint when it comes to affordability.

Midwestern cities dominated the top 10 and account for six places in the ranking. Florida also had a strong showing with two suburbs taking the lead. Land O’ Lakes and Plant City snagged first and second place, respectively.
